The Full Body Boost program is a 4-week healing intensive designed to give your body, mind, and spirit the boost its been longing for by focusing on the 4 pillars of health:
RELAXATION, RESTORATION, NOURISHMENT, & MOVEMENT.
Many times we focus on one area of our well-being while neglecting the rest but in order to feel and be our best it’s important to cultivate wellness in all areas.
That’s what this holistic intensive will help you do!
– 4 modules, delivered weekly to your inbox, to complete independently.
– 4, 45-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions to support you in your journey.
– 5 Body Boost TidBits per week that include additional tasks, support, information, and building blocks.
– Email support between sessions as needed.
– Program Prep Kit to help you fully prepare for this immersive experience!
– BONUS!! One additional coaching session on completion to support your ongoing success!
How It Works:
This program is unique in that it combines online independent learning followed by one-on-one coaching sessions. This provides a powerful synergistic effect that enhances learning, self-awareness and support.
First, you’ll receive your Program Prep kit to help you get ready. Then, you’ll begin to receive weekly modules in your inbox introducing the Pillar for that week with exercises, information, or tools to support you.
Each module will be followed up with your weekly one-on-one coaching sessions where you can explore whatever feels relevant to you.
In addition, you will recieve 5 Body Boost Tidbits (via email) per week related to the Pillar.
On completion of the program you will receive one additional BONUS COACHING SESSION to help you uncover what comes next!
